The majority of the Justices who now sit on the Supreme Court were appointed by presidents who initially lost the popular vote, and they were confirmed by senators representing the minority of the country. Their leaked decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is out-of-step with the vast majority of Americans — 70% of whom do not want Roe overturned.  

The Constitution does not specify the number of justices. The number has been changed several times previously.

So here’s today’s Office Hours Question: Is expanding the Supreme Court the best way to bring the Court back into the mainstream?
