If it is true, then the genocide and murders that followed were part of the NAZI regime and ideology, propelled of course by Mein Kampf and his speeches.
As regards doubles. It is known that there were many doubles. Ears are like fingerprints, no two are alike, grab as many pictures of Hitler as you can. and compare.
Just looking at pictures of him as a student, in the early years, and after 1940, they really don't look the same, and not just by the ears.
