When a Federal Law such as (18 US Code 2383 ) is violated , who is supposed to enforce the law? Is it the responsibility of the military empowered by Congress? Who fines and imprisons the criminals? I think I was agreeing with all Dr Reich's points—certainly no criticism intended, but I was feeling the need to widen the perspective a little, to point up the fact that Trump's violence has been a dominating factor in his life in every respect, from youth to old age. That heightens its significance. And of course, I am a woman, so those aspects of violence naturally suggest themselves to me first.
