I encourage everyone to call or write to the election officials in your state to keep trump off the ballot as per the 14th amendment. Which states that :” No person shall hold office under the United States who has previously taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States who shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
They don’t have to be convicted of a crime. Trumps own lawyer stated in his presence that just because he broke his oath doesn’t mean he committed a crime.
We don’t have to wait until the election is over nor should we.
Trump is using his run for president as a means to escape justice.
Currently he is rallying his mob stating that he is being persecuted because he is running for president, that this is a ploy by the democrats to keep him from being elected. If he does happen to be elected, (shudder the thought) he will have immunity as president for the State charges and he will pardon himself of all federal crimes.
He is a great admirer of Putin who has made himself president for life. After all of the illegal things he’s done I’d bet my life that that is a part of his plan.

I look forward to the day when various secretaries of state refuse to put Trump on the ballot--it will, of course, go to the Supreme Court, and the conservative constitutional originalists will be forced to concur. The Republican Party will scramble to put someone else on the ballot, and Biden will win. Democracy will prevail.
It's easy to see that Trump has "held the course" all along. And despite mountains of evidence of just what a loathsome, unscrupulous person he is, ***74 million people*** voted for him in 2024. What scares me is that that 74 million hasn't really diminished all that much -- possibly not any at all. It may even have grown. If all of Us in the anti-Trump faction figure, "We beat him in 2020; We will most likely do it again," We may be done in by Our complacency. While I see/hear many people raising the alarm, I'm not seeing/hearing _enough_ of them. And if anything, you can be certain that the GOP and MAGA will be pulling out all the stops and dirty tricks they can find to boost their ballots counts while diminishing Ours.
