As well as knowing where your bullet is going and what your backstop is because you can’t put the bullet back in the gun once you pull the trigger. We were also taught to act like our actions are always being watched by others (this was even before cameras became commonplace). Their “excuses” are wearing thin but luckily for us murder has no statute of limitations. Some day hopefully a prosecutor will actually follow the law and prosecute the agents who are committing crimes. The ICE agents ran after the (legal) bystander witnesses, and brandished tasers that they ignited. Nobody was doing anything illegal, and they were not getting in anyone's way. They were simply recording and yelling at the ICE agents. One agent's face was exposed before he pulled up his mask. Too late!!!

Like not having faces covered, using body cams, etc. Now they're saying that because of the shutdown the body cams have not been distributed in all areas, but don't they still have to have their faces uncovered?
