Professor Reich: i've known people who have told me they refuse to vote because "they're all the same," leaving me confused and unable to respond to someone else's mental derangement and warped perception of political reality.

the fact that trump has PROMISED that his next term in office is going to be the beginning of an endless cycle of revenge -- deportation, imprisonments and (likely) targeted murders -- truly terrifies me.

Based on the evidence from trump's last four years in office, it's impossible for any reasonable, rational person to disagree with your statement: "If Donald Trump becomes president, irrevocable negative changes will happen in the United States, including appointments to the Supreme Court that will worsen the structure of this country."

Currently in the United States the media backed by the ultra wealthy capitalists is permitting and encouraging the rise of fascism by giving voice to those like Chris Hedges. History bears testimony that under fascism the ultra-wealthy corporations and individuals thrive in a Faustian bargain with the ruling party and it is a bargain they willingly make to increase their wealth and influence. If all of the ultra-wealthy capitalistic corporations immediately stopped all of their financial contributions to the MAGA Republicans they could change the course of history for the better, but they will not.
