Above all, we need to protect the judges first. So they can protect our democracy. Protecting our democracy protects us. How do we do this? Well, Professor Reich just told us.

It’s just what everyone has been waiting to hear. The professor has pointed the way and given us advice on where to begin.

Let’s all go out and start this very morning.

The Federal Judicial Center’s phone number is 202-502-4000. The Supreme Court’s is 202-479-3000 or the public information office at 202-479-3211.

“Never underestimate the power of the people, especially at a time like this. We must make our voices heard.”

Absolutely vital message. What’s happening isn’t just policy overreach, it’s part of a broader strategy to delegitimize any institution that stands in the way of unchecked power, including the judiciary. They're weaponizing public opinion against judges themselves, all while pretending they’re the victims of tyranny.

I wrote about this very tactic, and others like it. How the Trump administration justifies the unjustifiable. From claiming “judicial overreach” to dismissing corruption as “normal” or hiding behind “I don’t know." If you're interested, here's the full piece:
