Office hours: Will Biden be reelected?

Joe Biden has declared he’s running for reelection. No surprise there. The more surprising thing is how grouchy the public is when it come to Biden.

Of course anything can happen between now and the election. Yet I’m struck that more than half of Democratic voters don’t want him to run. And a new NBC News poll has him losing to a generic Republican presidential candidate, 47 percent to 41 percent.
