I too found Robert’s interview incredibly uplifting. I am 79 and at this last stage in life, I find that even in our current political situation, I am focusing daily on all of the things I’m grateful for in my entire life. I’m focusing more and more on what is really important and I find that it’s always been moral values in the people I gravitate to more than anything else. Treating people, animals and nature with kindness, genuine caring and respect mean everything to me and those are the people that warm my heart and that I’m privileged to and most grateful to meet in this lifetime. Thinking of animals, as we mentioned, I feed a visiting cat, and today its rival became trusting enough to eat here, too! They do not belong to me, but I’m happy to see them and keep them happily fed. It is a joy to be greeted by the old one and to start to know the new one.
Cats are incredible spiritual beings. I’ve had cats my entire life. I’m so glad you have your visiting cat friend and its rival too. They’re wonderful companions. I’ve also had 3 German Shepherds. I too found Robert’s interview incredibly uplifting. I am 79 and at this last stage in life, I find that even in our current political situation, I am focusing daily on all of the things I’m grateful for in my entire life. I’m focusing more and more on what is really important and I find that it’s always been moral values in the people I gravitate to more than anything else. Treating people, animals and nature with kindness, genuine caring and respect mean everything to me and those are the people that warm my heart and that I’m privileged to and most grateful to meet in this lifetime. Thinking of animals, as we mentioned, I feed a visiting cat, and today its rival became trusting enough to eat here, too! They do not belong to me, but I’m happy to see them and keep them happily fed. It is a joy to be greeted by the old one and to start to know the new one.
Cats are incredible spiritual beings. I’ve had cats my entire life. I’m so glad you have your visiting cat friend and its rival too. They’re wonderful companions. I’ve also had 3 German Shepherds. I love animals and I believe they’re here to teach us how to love and live in community. I’ve learned and grown a lot from having animals in my life and I’m so grateful for all of them.
