Like a corpseflower amid marigolds, ain’t he?

chris lemon's avatar

Like a cardboard cutout or mannequin accidently left on the podium.

Jan's avatar

And had been stepped on...

Bruce's avatar

Could make a fortune selling tickets to that.

Connie Larsen's avatar

You’re being so nice! trump looks like 💩! Puffy orange 🍊 face!!

He’s embarrassing, especially when he opens his mouth!

Colin's avatar

He's a huge teapot big and stout. Opens his mouth and shit comes out.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Thanks for that chuckle - I laughed out loud when I read it.

Peggy Freeman's avatar

Hahahahahahahaha! Good one, Colin!

Just do it! We the people can’t let the 🍊 po💩have a Nobel!

I much prefer an 🍊jumpsuit!!!👍👍

🤣🤣🤣 I'll never understand in a million years how such a strange, lumpy, toxic POS became such a beautiful male role model in 2026. 🤬😫🤮

Because HE said so, nothing else. He is am embarrassment to us all!!

Lisa, huh?? Surely you jest! There is NOTHING "beautiful" about Trump! Jeesh! He doesn't ever even change his clothes! He has no sense of style! He's been wearing the same suit since he got into office the first time around!!! (And I thought Hillary Clinton had the most godawful sense of style and taste in clothes! Trump takes the cake!)

Joanne Beck's avatar

I do believe she was jesting...

yeildo14's avatar

Klare, she is most definitely jesting.

Mary Roeser's avatar

I think she was kidding.

The bride at every wedding. The corpse at every funeral. Everything is always only about him.

Elene Gusch's avatar

But thinking of his funeral always lightens the mood a bit.

He IS a drumph, which means fart.

Onion in the Petunia patch?

Except he does not "cry and cry all day" he preens and boasts, when he isn't hating and threatening. He may be lonely even if he isn't little.

Trump always has to be the center of attention. There's an entire Spanish team that just defeated other teams at every level. But Trump thinks the photographers are there for him. If you are not from the USA, you may not understand. But if you are from the USA... where have you been?

Timothy Cooper's avatar

I'm really surprised Trump stuck around to give the trophy to Spain, considering how petty and petulant he is and how much he hates Spain for not doing his bidding. We thought he'd walk out before the bestowing of the medals and the trophy, it would be so Trumpian

- Karen Cooper

Deirdre H Robbins's avatar

I thought I noticed several players who had to shake hands with him not smile (just nod), look away. and move on as quickly as possible to the Mexican president. T appears to have no idea how to behave in polite, normal company. He also has no idea how revolting he is, even to his sycophants whom he terrorizes into total loyalty.

Timothy Cooper's avatar

I should have observed, but I can't stand to look at/watch Trump. Bet you're right on!

- Karen

Judith Wynn's avatar

The only thing worse is LISTENING to him.

LYNN COOK's avatar

Your stomach must be stronger than mine, Karen..Could not bring.myself to watch ...even the prospect. of riotous booing could not sway my feelings. Did though watch France vs England.on.Saturday.!. Exciting, memorable game indeed !.

The.upside was one whole day without his image to contend with.

Priceless at the age of 92....saving myself.for the voting booth in.November!. 🤗

True Karen. I was rooting for Spain only because I know trump is against them. That was fun to see. Eat shite you orange tellytubby.

Same for us, Linda! Loved it that Spain won

Trump’s ego is the size of the universe. His actual abilities are about the size of a molecule of water (H2O)! I only an ego so large would convince him that people want to see him in the middle of the Spanixh World Cup celebration! Isn't it time to remove this clown from office?

Linda Eriksson's avatar

…past time, I’d say!

Dennis King's avatar

We're talking astronomical numbers, Charles, and I'd say your hyperbole is spot on. He's like the evilest clown ever, yet his rabid cultists guffaw and cheer

every time he rips into some hapless, less fortunate person. He's the 'Joker' to

Obama as 'Batman'.

Jan's avatar

Since he was there, I'm surprised the whole place didn't clear out!!

Donna Maurillo's avatar

People did boo when he was on the jumbotron

Elene Gusch's avatar

Um, I'm in the USA but I don't watch team sports....

Thanks for the explanation.

Donna Maurillo's avatar

That was a response to Edward, who wanted an explanation about Trump being an attention hog.

Elene Gusch's avatar

I meant that I was ignorant of what the event had been, like Edward. I had to read about it. I didn't see the game or the awarding of the trophy.

Elizabeth's avatar

And do something!

Laurie Blair's avatar

Hopefully, you have been as far away as possible and unaffected by him, if that is possible.

Patricia Williams's avatar

He’s an attention hog. Did absolutely nothing and then stealing attention from those who did.

Linda Pozsonyi's avatar

He tried to steal it. The whole world sees what we see. Shame

Timothy Cooper's avatar

Never fear, the whole world laughs at and disgusted by that hog

Charlotte Nekman's avatar

Well, the dislike has most certainly reached Denmark. We hate him here.

Lauren V's avatar

That appears to be the story of his life.

Look up the Huntington Library in California to read about corpse flowers. They are large plants that bloom only every few years and smell like rotting flesh. The Library had two plants bloom simultaneously this month.

EXACTLY my thought, Edward.

Huh?!

Pat Ebervein's avatar

Edward, the corpseflower is huge and brings with it an aroma that is enough to make you gag. Marigolds, on the other hand, have quite a pleasant odor. https://www.usbg.gov/gardens-plants/corpse-flowers

Charles's avatar

He should have simply judo flipped him into the stands. Who wants to see Trump at a moment like that?

Sherry's avatar

Yeah but who wants him & his wet diaper in the stands???

LYNN COOK's avatar

Anyone remember the soccer game with ( I believe ? ) Chelsea a while back ? Same thing happened when Trump hogged the trophy celebration ?.Infantino.had to practically drag him off the pitch . He is an embarrassment. to the USA & to the World at Large .

The way they were holding their arms looked as if they were starting the Viking Row. Much better than whatever the odd man thought he was doing. I'm guessing the game results were why we had fireworks shot off in my neighborhood. The timing fits.

Turd in a punch bowl as we say in the South!

Anna Lee's avatar

turd in a punch bowl...I live in the South but I've never heard that! Appropriate for sure!

I'm glad the turd was enjoying the soccer game...just couldn't leave his face out of it...sad.

Betty Moyers's avatar

More gross and disgusting to me than sad. 🤮

djw's avatar

In the 50s or 60s (I'm old), I heard a lot of kidding about floating a Baby Ruth in the punch bowl. Disgusting has been around a long time.

I did the exact same thing! A day not hearing his voice is always a good day. Congratulations to Spain :)

According to The Guardian, the ambient noise level in the stadium rose from 78 dB to 84 dB when the orange pedofelon made his appearance. Also note that the dB scale is exponential, not linear: an increase of 3 dB indicates approximately a doubling of the sound pressure level. So if the measurements are anywhere near accurate, the sound pressure doubled twice. In other words, the booing got _really_ loud.

HJ Forman's avatar

Was anyone in the world not disgusted by the appearance of the orange mountain of shit?

Jim Frentrop's avatar

Unfortunately I know people who worship this POS.

Elizabeth Banwell's avatar

Off topic, but it occured to me recently the (few) people I am acquainted with who like him, from the incel guy with severe daddy issues to the very anti-abortion Christian lady, are very flawed people. Why do the people you know like him?

Yoka's avatar

Lack of education, simplistic thinking. But even some of them are beginning to understand that he will make America a mess again.

Laurie Blair's avatar

Plus if they step out of line, they can be shot like a rabid dog.

Miriam Rodin's avatar

Some of them think he is funny and all of his shtick is meant to amuse his "fans" and piss off democrats. Look at what he's done! They say. Referring to what he says he has done, or accepting his complaint that Democrats who DO NOT control the Congress or SCOTUS could block him. They blame Democrats for what he has actually done, which

not in their interest. Gas prices. Grocery prices. War. Cuts to family support programs.

Stuart's avatar

b/c they think other ppl like him.

The U.S. is the largest (girls too) circle jerk.

Peter Miller's avatar

Hating and beating the liberals. Macho preening. Cognitive dissonance. Being a fascist. That’s all.

Julie Aldige's avatar

I know one who’d love him more if he grabbed her grizzled old pussy. I booted her right out of my life. She’s a nasty hateful nazi hausfrau who’d turn in her first born for a moldy crust of bread.

Elizabeth Banwell's avatar

Wow.

I too have abandoned Trumpers to their fate, but less due to that than to other awful things they have said or done, like the ex-bro in-law who bragged about kicking a kitten across a room.

Julie Aldige's avatar

Have you read Emily Kimelman’s Sydney Rye series? Sydney knows what to do to any & all abusers.

David Lehnherr's avatar

Cults can attract intelligent people. And intelligent people can be intelligent in some ways and incredibly stupid in other ways. Sort of like an intelligent person who smokes. Joining a cult is an emotional decision and it reflects a need to deal with some significant emotional problems and insecurities, which even the most intelligent people can have.

Judith Wynn's avatar

What's really scary? I felt sorry for him. Meanwhile, Europeans are thinking: We always knew the average American was like this.

Elene Gusch's avatar

It's especially scary that the rest of us USians are tarred with the same brush!

Bobbette Strauss's avatar

Not scary, to me. Just sad. The classic narcissist who has no idea of what he is under that “smile”…

Julie Aldige's avatar

Not. Sad. At. All! Malignant, repugnant, despicable pedofelon!

HJ Forman's avatar

There are different types of supporters. The hard core authoritarians, who fear and hate anyone who is different (the others); the greedy, who love the corruption that allows them to profit from the removal of rational regulations and cut in taxes; the phony Christians, who support a convicted rapist and pedophile protector because he now supports punishing women who want an abortion although the bible allows it; the power hungry immoral monsters. There are overlaps, of course but they are all unethical creeps not worthy of any respect regardless of what else they are.

Susan C Shea's avatar

Notice he knows exactly where the camera is and is turned toward it and away from the players. Remember the debate with Hillary when he stalked the camera?

Glorya Cabrera's avatar

I remember that that was scary. He showed us his predator sign. Based on how he was stalking her, I knew he was capable of violence on women and children.

Judith Wynn's avatar

I remember him looming over her like "the late, great Hannibal Lecter."

Vicky Stickel's avatar

People always boo him. Why does he even go?

Shesh Tipton's avatar

He denies he's being booed.

Linda Eriksson's avatar

Denial’s a tough one.

Victoria Wilson's avatar

Booing is attention and it’s what he craves, good or http://bad.To completely ignore him would make more of an impact.

Robot Bender's avatar

Keep him away from the trophy.

Glorya Cabrera's avatar

He has a habit of stealing trophies. Especially if they’re gold he was stealing.

How We Miss Each Other's avatar

Is he trying to be the center of attention or does he actually believe he is? As a therapist, my hunch is he believes he is as important in that moment as the team that just won the World Cup. He is blind to what the rest of us see as the details and significance of the moment. He is equally removed from reality in every other aspect of his life and we are all imperiled by his dysfunction. Our risk increases with every day that he remains in the White House.

Pam Sinotte's avatar

I am also a therapist. To state the obvious, he needs this because he's deeply insecure; there is a void that can never be filled, he can never be "enough,' have enough - whether it be physical monuments or adulation - and this is, along with his lack of empathy, what makes him so dangerous. IMHO, he also has some serious cognitive issues, including at least the onset of dementia.

Miriam Rodin's avatar

I don't think he's demented, in tge sense of significant cognitive impairment unless it is fronto-temporal. He is ignorant, grandiose, narcissistic, delusional, paranoid, cruel, sexually predatory, sociopathic, greedy....did I leave anything out?

Eduard Hiebert's avatar

Why not add he is also low on Kohlberg's six steps of moral development.

A democratic mind requires level 5 so on that basis he is less, likely significantly lower. Within your study where would you put him? Though do not forget any of cabinet.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Kohlberg%27s_stages_of_moral_development

Curtis Borg's avatar

I noticed this also….something he pulled once before…he’s such an embarrassing child.
