The last time the number of justices on the Supreme Court was changed was in 1869. @ that time the U.S. had 9 federal districts. One justice for each district. Today there are 13 federal districts. In 1869 the U.S. population was around 38 million people. Today’s population is over 335 million people! It’s time President Biden.

Earlier this year, I was certain the Court would rule against Colorado, but would reject Trump’s claim of absolute immunity. Now, having reconciled Trump’s absorption of both the legislative and judicial branches, I recognize we’re all that’s left to take responsibility for our destiny.
